ABOUT ME

• Tjeerd Broekhuizen is a renowned cameraman who is widely known for his diversity and commitment. He has worked for major Dutch Broadcast - and other companies. He works with a Sony XDCAM-camera, but shooting with other systems such as the High Definition standard is also possible. Countless sorts of accessories, different lightsets, a doorwaydolly, and various monitors are, of course, available in the camera-car. Good equipment is essential and Tjeerd focuses on beautiful camerawork, which can be optimally used in the editing room.
  
  “I like to improvise and if necessary, can create something beautiful with limited possibilities. I have a preference for the human-interest style of programs, but this job keeps on fascinating me due to the change and diversity of assignments. News items, corporate productions and music items, irrespective of the target group, provide me everyday with work that I thoroughly enjoy, so there is never a dull moment as they say.”
